Kate and her Dahlias

Kate just loved dahlias. It was that plain and simple. Not only that, she wanted the perfect shade of coral. Well working with Mother Nature, she decides the final shade. Mother Nature gave Kate her wedding wish that week! When I opened the box, I was gitty with excitement at how beautiful they were. I knew that Kate was going to be sooo excited. Thank you Kate for the new happy place you found me!

Thank you Ciulla Photography for capturing the perfect pictures!

40 Wonderful Years!

So I feel like I have been posting a whole lot of parties that I have on here. In theory, I just get the photos quicker thankfully to JMM Photography. So of course being a party person, I have to have parties! Well my In Laws are celebrating their 40th Wedding Anniversary this month and we had to have a wonderful party to mark the occasion. I was given the main decor marker from my son. He told me to make sure that I have plenty of red roses since that it is Momma JoJo's favorite. I couldn't disappoint my baby boy or Mother in Law. Many thanks to JMM Photography, Five Dot Design and Tres Belle Cakes to making a lifetime marker memorable!

The Knot Vendor Party

So we were asked by Decobride to participate in this year's Vendor Party by The Knot Magazine. The inspiration was Versailles. You know, as in the place in France. Well this is how it looked. Huge shout out to Verdin Bell Event Center, The Knot Magazine, CSC Special Events, Decobride, Poeme, Adora Rentals and last but not least Neysa Ruhl Photography to name a few for making the beautifulness happen! Make sure that you check out the magazine this winter for full details!

Every Show is Better with Coke and Popcorn

Jessica had already known exactly what she had wanted before she showed up on my doorstep. I absolutely love it when people personalize their wedding to make it fun and unique. Everything does not have to be typical. This reason alone is why I do not do "packages". I don't feel that every wedding should be the same exact way. Why do you want to look like Sally Sue's wedding from last weekend? Well needless to say, this was a completely adorable, thoughtful wedding. I mean hello look at how adorable the coke and popcorn treats were! I was glad that Jessica and Michael included me on such a special day. I want to also thank Nikita Gross Photography for telling the colorful story so picture perfect!

Fell Behind, but Welcome Fall

So I have been very behind on blogging anything lately. It has been a very busy time around here and I have so many beautiful photos to share. First up is The Bridal Affair on Fountain Square. As many know I share my office space with two amazingly talented vendors, JMM Photography and Creative Afflairs. We love to help each other out with each one of our own specialities. Jacalyn, JMM Photography, wanted to have the fun booth. She wanted a fall inspired space where she could hang smaller photos for people to get a taste of her work. Well this is how it turned out! I have been getting so many requests for this tree, yes it is rentable and it has a sister as well. Everything is always better in pairs! Oh and that is the ever so cute Jacalyn posing in front!

Sunny Side of Love

There are two things that you should know about me. One, it is hard to make me cry. I am a true Steel Magnolia. Two, I am fiercely in love with my family. When I saw these photos, the waterworks started. This was one of my favorite weddings. Not because of the abundance of beautiful flowers but because it was my dear cousin Sunny getting married. I do not think that I have ever meet two people that were truly each other's soul mate. Thank you for including me in such an important day. It was a true labor of love! Thank you DCM Photography for the eye candy!
